This session includes a conversation in which I will listen deeply to what’s arising for you and what your intentions and goals aare. Followed by 45 minutes of diving into your guided breathwork experience in which you will be supported in releasing toxins, stress and anxiety from the body and coming into a place of clarity, peace and relaxation within your self.
